Blog Day 2007

Note: only for today the post is written in English.
Nota: solamente per oggi il post è in inglese (dato che abbiamo optato per 4 blog non italiani!).

For the first time, MuVarA participates to the Blog Day!

The instructions provided by the blogday web site are:

  1. Find 5 new Blogs that you find interesting;
  2. Notify the 5 bloggers that you are recommending them as part of BlogDay 2007;
  3. Write a short description of the Blogs and place a link to the recommended Blogs;
  4. Post the BlogDay Post (on August 31st);
  5. Add the BlogDay tag using this link:
    http://technorati.com/tag/BlogDay2007 and a link to the BlogDay web site at http://www.blogday.org
Keeping in mind the instructions, we can start.
For the point number 1 the question is: what is the meaning of the "new"? For "new" we mean: (i) the selected blog is new for us, e.g., we never knew it before; and (ii) the blog was born after the previous Blog day.

At the end we chose the following blogs (jumbled):
  1. Cuciniere from Italy
  2. A fuego lento from Spain
  3. Nook and pantry from USA
  4. Curious Kai from New Zeland
  5. Insani Tea from USA

The Cuciniere is ReaLupin, in his blog he collects traditional receipts belonging to his family together with all the receipts that he had experimented, and he is experimenting, by himself.
Here, let we show the Caponata:

A Fuego lento is Ma Angeles Ortega's blog.
In her blog, Ma presents receipts made both traditionally and using the Thermomix (Bimbi in italian, we do not know in English).
Here, let we show the Paella:

Nook & Pantry is a food and cooking blog that features recipes of the food Amy makes at home. For her, blogging is a manner of recording her recipes since all too often she forgets to write them down and allows me to share them with others. Amy's goal is for this blog to be interesting and helpful for readers.
Here, let we show the Strawberry and honey cream tart:

Curious Kai is Nigel's foodblog that explores New Zealand's unique foods, delights known only to a lucky few; ; kai either forgotten, ignored or simply overlooked by the vast majority of New Zealanders.
Here, let we show the Mutton birds Titi:

Insani-TEA collects various information about tea, for example, if Relznuck runs into a tea that he particularly likes, it's quite likely that you can find out about that here. If Relznuck happens to discover a great new gadget he thinks you ought to know about, that'll be here too. The main thing is the love for the tea!
Here, let we show some Tips-on-iced-green-tea:

Welcome to all the new blogs...
and enjoy the Blog Day!

    Ciao a tutte/i,
