L'Abbecedario Culinario Mondiale: Rösti

One year ago, when Aiu' was visiting a friend close to Zurich, she was asked about the dinner and she answered "I want something typical". Yes, normally, Aiu' uses the same answer. Because, if "eating is a little bit as traveling" (as Marta knows!), in our opinion "when you travel, you have to taste typical flavors to taste the city".
And now that we're virtually traveling in Switzerland, we propose (again in this blog!) a typical Suisse food that we tried to make, some lives ago in Trattoria, and that Aiu' ate that day, one year ago in Zurich. Ivy, we hope you like it!
Ingredienti:
- 250 gr di patate
- 250 gr di zucca
- 1 cipolla
- 1 cucchiaio di amido di mais
- sale q.b.
- pepe q.b.
- olio
Preparazione:
Pelate la zucca con il pelapatate, eliminate i semi e i filamenti. Pelate le patate.
Grattugiate la zucca, le patate e la cipolla con una grattugia a fori larghi.
Mischiate il tutto, aggiungete l'amido di mais, salate e pepate. Scaldate dell'olio in una padella antiaderente e friggete i rösti finché non saranno belli croccanti.
